Blue Water were appointed to prepare a new corporate identity for this leading telephone answering company who have handled over 20 million calls for their 3,000 customers since 1994. A comprehensive new website was built with interactive forms for customer convenience, together with a sophisticated accounting package to streamline the procedures which the Message Direct staff follow when enrolling a new client.
